We are looking for an administrator to join our growing Ecommerce Agency in Shrewsbury to support multiple departments. You will learn about developing ecommerce brands on marketplaces and develop within our business.

Main duties and responsbilities:

- Assisting our account and performance managers in day-to-day tasks that support our client portfolio and to help growing workloads
- Take and make calls to existing clients and prospective customers.
- Arrange meetings and organise calendars for the company directors
- Preparation of documents and reports
- Coordinate customer relationship management (CRM) software and support the sales process.

About You:

- A clear and organised work style with meticulous attention to detail
- Advanced MS office Skills - Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Knowledge of Excel formulas such as Vlookups and pivot tables
- Working to deadlines and managing a high work load
- Take a proactive approach to ownership of work with a keen sense of job development
- Multi tasking and organizational skills
- Excellent understanding of Maths and English
- A positive can-do attitude with the ability to take ownership and responsibility, with a strong work ethic

Pay: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
