Our client's purpose-built nursing home in **Brackley, Northamptonshire** **NN13 **has exciting openings for **Senior Health Care **Assistants.

**Job Details as Senior Health Care Assistant**:
**Job Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time
**Location**:Brackley NN13
**Salary**: £13.00 per hour
**Schedule**: Night Shifts/Days - 12 Hour Shift

**Responsibilities as Senior Health Care Assistant**:

- Deliver high-quality care within our care home environment
- Encourage independence among residents
- Assist with daily tasks, including personal care
- Implement individualized care plans to meet residents' needs

**Requirements as Senior Health Care Assistant**:

- Genuine desire to provide compassionate care
- Strong team player
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- NVQ Level 3

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 48 per week
