Key Responsibilities:
- Resident Care: Recognize and facilitate the daily needs of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Supervision and Coaching: Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, contributing to care planning and coaching support workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Medication Administration: Administer medication to residents in accordance with policies and procedures, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Communication and Teamwork: Participate in updating and writing care plans, resident documentation, and communicate effectively with colleagues, relatives, and prospective residents.

Requirements:
