Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development and implementation of resident care plans, ensuring personalized care is delivered to meet individual needs.

  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience working in an elderly social care environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • A caring and compassionate nature, with a willingness to develop new skills and knowledge in elderly care.
