Supply Chain and Logistics Administrator

Kumho Tyre UK Limited is part of the Korean-based Kumho Tire Corporation responsible for the sales of Kumho tyres in the UK & Ireland.
We are looking for x2 Supply Chain & Logistics Administrators to join our Customer Services team based in Rugby. This is a great opportunity to work for a small but forward-thinking business that has major growth plans, at an exciting time in its evolution.
- **Job Types: Fixed-term initially 12 months to cover maternity leave (Full-time).**_
- **Salary: £28,000.00 - £33,000.00 per year**_
**Key Responsibilities**
- Propose monthly Stock Order quantity based on demands.
- Place monthly stock orders on SAP.
- Maintain Normal Stock Price & Monthly Special price within SAP.
- Warehouse cost review and processing invoice to SAP.
- Warranty Claim Management for Key Customers.
- Execute Stock adjustments within SAP when instructed.
- Support HQ communication.
- Support customer communication.
- Stock order & customer order container processing.
- Weekly shipment lists & ETA tracking reporting.
- Processing invoices raised by freight forwarders.
- Liaise with forwarders in managing all inbound container bookings.
- Send shipping documents and maintain information on 'shipping master file'

**Relevant Qualifications / Experience**:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience of the supply chain, order processing & stock management
- Competent in MS Office (mainly Excel)
**Desirable**:
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Korean speaking (preferably)
