Job Summary:
This role involves coordinating the transportation and delivery of sofas from our warehouse to customers nationwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient logistics operations, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate transportation schedules and routes to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and transport providers to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
