**Accounts Administrator / from £21,389 / Permanent / Full Time / Hybrid+Northwich**

Residential Management Group (RMG) has an exciting opportunity for an **Accounts Administrator **to join a small finance team based in Northwich.

**This is a hybrid role, with 2 or 3 days a week at our Northwich Office, the remainder will be homebased, or you can work full time from the office if you prefer.**

The Accounts Administrator is integral to ensuring our Property Management function has the support to be able deliver the highest quality service to our customers.

**What are some of the things you’ll be doing as an Accounts Administrator?**
- Provide administrative duties such as Issuance of Letters and Invoices
- Resolution of financial queries from suppliers & owners
- Receipting and Banking Processes
- Processing refunds to customers
- Monitoring and processing of Direct Debits
- Debt Recovery Processes such as issuance of reminder letters.
- Processing Corporate Invoices and Credit notes to Client Accounts
- Reconciliation of Client and Supplier Accounts
- Setting up new client account in line with completion documents
- Sale Assignments and responding to initial enquiries
- Collation of information for tribunal preparation and SAR requests
- Title Deed reviews

**What skills and experience are we looking for?**
- Administration experience
- Numerical Skills
- The ability to clearly convey financial information to non-financial parties
- Excel and data manipulation skills
- Highly organised, forward thinking and a confident problem solver
- Demonstrate a consistent, high level of customer service
- Effectively organise your own workload, whilst working to personal and team deadlines: solid teamworking skills are essential
- The ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
- Able to use Microsoft (Outlook, Excel and Word) to intermediate level
