Priory Rentals is an award-winning rental company with a fleet of 250 cars, vans and motorhomes. We have 2 offices situated in Northwich and Oswaldtwistle with customers worldwide.

We have an exciting position for Accounts & Office Administrator to join the team. The role will be situated from our Northwich office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for job security and long-term employment in a successful small local business. We are looking for someone with a proven track record that can manage the accountancy function from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities of the** **Accounts / Office Assistant**:

- Day to day running of accounting tasks
- Entering Sales & Purchase Ledger invoices
- Enter payments by BACS
- Reconciling Sales & Purchase ledgers
- Reconciling bank & credit card accounts
- Credit control
- Vehicle administration
- Rental system reconciliation
- Management spreadsheet reporting support

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- At least 2 years’ experience within similar accounting position
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good IT skills - essential demonstrable experience of Sage Line 50 and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong work ethic
- Flexible to meet the needs of a growing business

Any previous experience within payroll would be an advantage. Vast knowledge/experience within Sage Line 50 is essential.
