The provision of employee relations support and advice on a range of employee relations issues. To include some of the following matters: - pay queries terms and conditions advice (e.g. annual leave, sickness, enhancements, parental leave) policy and procedure advice Undertake employee relations administration including but not limited to the updating and maintenance of relevant HR systems and databases, administration relating to parental leave (maternity, adoption, and shared parental) generating letters / documentation, preparing notes / actions of meetings and arrangements for meetings as and when required. Pay step advancements Undertake and assist with audits and projects where appropriate.

Administer job matching process including consistency checking, arranging job matching panels and maintenance of computerised job matching system. Undertake the creation and distribution of standard IT reports in relation to employee relations activity. Review and assist with drafting standard HR operating procedures and policies where required.
