The role of the HR Officer is to drive forward the people agenda with a focus on engagement, employee wellbeing and development. Working at the Ashford site, the HR Officer will be able to influence and communicate with stakeholders across a matrix of different functions ranging from manufacturing focused specialists to shared service professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our HR Officer, you are responsible for excellence within employee lifecycle management.

The HR Officer will coach and advise managers to ensure that our people are being developed and we are creating an environment whereby our people and our business can thrive.

The postholder must have strong attention to detail and be able to deliver excellence through well managed data and insights.

Our HR team are required to have strong business acumen and be able to work at speed with multiple priorities.

**Your main focus**: Manage a client group of employees with all aspects of employee lifecycle management; recruitment, onboarding, development, wellbeing, ER and offboarding. Coach line managers and ensure adherence to UK employment law, HR policies and internal processes. Collect and analyse data, providing reports and insights to support the business, promote best practice and drive KPI improvements.

In addition to this role, the Ashford team consists of a HR Director, HR Business Partner and HR Assistant and you will work closely together with the wider HR team across the three UKI Coty Sites to provide a best-in class people agenda for the UKI workforce. YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to work in a busy role with lots of new challenges coming weekly, you are a people person who builds strong working relationships. As an experienced HR Officer, you are confident, self-driven, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced and diverse environment. Your experience will mean you can manage a range of different ER scenarios, coaching managers to achieve fair consistent outcomes.

**Other than that, you**: Hold CIPD qualification or have relevant years of HR work experience. Practical and strong knowledge of UK Employment Law. Experience of working with and actively using HR systems for reporting. Can navigate Time and Attendance systems (e.g. Kronos). Master of the English language on a near native level.
