**Quality Assurance Officer**

**Part time: 20 hours per week**

**Salary: £28,682 - £31,263 (pro rata)**

**About my client**

My long-term client a healthcare regulator based in central London are currently looking for a permanent Senior Quality Assurance Officer to join their professional standards team. This exciting position involves the management, maintenance, review, evaluation,and enhancement of this client’s quality assurance process.

**About the role**:
To develop and maintain the portfolio of standard operating procedures for the Education team’s work on the registration assessment to support good governance processes. Provide administrative support to the large group of registration assessment Associatesand Partners by organising and administrating in person and virtual events including workshops and meetings, and handling pre and post event administration. The post holder will also develop an in-depth knowledge of policies, guidance, and regulations in relationto the Registration assessment.

**The Main duties include**:

- Providing administrative support for meetings and events relating to the registration assessment.
- Undertaking style and formatting checks on new assessment material and adding new assessment material to our database.
- Logging information on expenditure relating to meeting and events, making sure all associated expense claims and invoices received are checked and dealt with promptly and accurately.
- Assisting the Registration Assessment Officer in the development and management of registration assessment material and psychometric data as required.
- Assisting in providing administrative support to all the assessment Associates and Partners.
- Recognising where improvements can be made and suggesting solutions, particularly in relation to team processes and procedures.
- Logging information on expenditure relating to meeting and events, making sure all associated expense claims and invoices received are checked and dealt with promptly and accurately.
- Producing accurate minutes and notes of meetings and other events where appropriate.
- Developing, updating, and maintaining the portfolio of standard operating procedures for the registration assessment, making sure that they accurately reflect contemporary process for online based delivery and all aspects are conducted in accordance withour standards.

- Excellent organisational skills
- Good IT skills
- Experience producing SOP’s
- A minimum of 2 years administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
