A privately-owned property Investment Company owning a unique portfolio of freehold office, residential, hotel, retail and leisure properties based in Canary Wharf are looking for a full-time receptionist this role would also require you to manage and takecare of our non-profit Foundations media presence that involves:

- Facebook
- Twitter
- Instagram

The Foundation takes in interest in children’s education in underprivileged neighbourhoods within the UK and abroad.

**Combined Role Duties**:

- Reception/Front of House duties
- Switchboard Operation (Avaya), announcing calls to relevant members of staff
- Greeting and signing-in visitors
- Organise Meeting Room
- Photocopying/Document Collation/Scanning
- Creating the Social Media Calendar and Strategy for the Foundation (looking at the causes the Foundation was involved in or going to be, choosing relevant dates to create posts related to the Foundation).
- Selecting quality photos from our archives or if using other photos making sure the copyrights are not breached
- Creating engaging text for each post, and story.
- Looking at trends in social media to strengthen our presence as a non-profit organisation
- Photos and video editing
- Other ad hoc tasks as required

**Experience, Skills & Other Requirements**:

- Intermediate IT skills in Outlook, Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of attention to detail with strong planning and organisational skills
- A "can do" approach and attitude, with a creative and problem-solving mindset

Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday

Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays
