**The Role**
The University of Cambridge collections comprise the University's museums, the Botanic Garden and the University Libraries. They are accessible to the public and are a resource for researchers and students. This role leads the team delivering cross-collections programmes and initiatives for all audiences. The team acts as a central collaborative hub developing and delivering collections-related initiatives across the University collections, and within community partnerships. The team also plays a significant part as a regional hub and sector leader for South-East England.
You will manage overall budgets, delivery, and reporting on a range of grant-funded programmes and initiatives that sit within the team, most notably the ACE NPO programme and its associated budget (currently £617k p/a). Working closely with the Director of Collections' Strategy, you will report regularly to governance groups. Regionally, you will provide strategic sector support, advocating for the collections, and acting as the key contact point for community partnerships.
