The role also serves an important function as the lead for research support for Humanities & Social Sciences Libraries.

Responsible for the delivery, development and evaluation of library services, you will manage and develop the library space, consolidate and enhance the library collection both in print and electronically in line with teaching, learning and research needs. Interest in developing your research support knowledge is essential but a high level of previous knowledge is not expected.

Reporting to the Head of Humanities & Social Sciences Libraries, you will join a supportive team of library staff from across the School of Humanities & Social Sciences Libraries network and will represent the interests of Archaeology and Social Anthropology on collaborative committees.
