**Farrow and Ball - Colour Consultancy Service Executive (37.5 hours per week)**

We are currently looking for an **enthusiastic** individual to join our **Customer Service Team** in **Wimborne - Dorset** as a **Colour Consultancy Service Executive.** We are offering this position on a **permanent basis**, full-time **Monday - Friday**. This position will be a **hybrid role** with an opportunity for you to connect with your colleagues **1-2 times per month** at our head office in Wimborne.

As a Colour Consultant Service Executive, you will join our Flagship Colour Consultancy team within Customer Services at our Head Office. The overall purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and professional support service to our Colour Consultancy customers to generate revenue, brand advocacy and repeat purchase.

**What we expect from you as a Colour Consultancy Service Executive.**

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve team targets on bookings and sales conversions
- Follow up on Colour Consultancy enquiries received through our website and through proactive and positive conversations, convert into bookings
- Using our booking tool, book Colour Consultancy appointments taking into consideration availability of consultants and travel requirements
- Proactively communicate with our Colour Consultants to obtain specification details
- Send to customers samples and letter detailing specifications in a timely manner
- Create Customer accounts in our database
- Make follow up calls to customers post specifications to convert to orders
- Ownership and accountability to manage own and teams workloads to ensure all customers are contacted within SLA
- Gather customer verbatim on reasons to not proceed to share with wider business
- Deal with all Colour Consultancy customer queries in a timely and professional manner that represents our brand
- Accurately update and record information daily in shared tracker
- Support team in ad hoc admin tasks
