Client Support Administrator

**About the role**: The Colour Works was founded in 2003 and is one of Europe’s leading learning and development organisations.
**Duties**:
Office Management
- Handle post and dispatch parcels
- Monitor and order supplies and equipment
- Utilise and maintain the company CRM
- Comply and adhere to GDPR requirements
Customer Support
- Fulfilment of material orders from customers in a timely manner
- Support customers run training workshops; producing documents using online system, keeping them up to date with delegate lists, producing team reports etc
- Setting new customers up for success; liaising with external supplier, scheduling support calls, sending welcome packs, running occasional introductory webinars to help clients utilise systems
Skills and experience

- A proactive attitude, able to roll sleeves up and work on any task required
- Can work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Customer-focused mindset, providing excellent service to both internal and external
- Confidence and assertiveness to chase up actions including with external suppliers
- Organised, able to prioritise workload
- Strong work ethic, self-disciplined
Able to handle confidential information
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
