Operations Executive

We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our busy but rewarding team. Here at Instant Access Europe Retail & Mobile, we specialize in providing brands with 3PL solutions, warehousing their stock, and supporting their customers with any after-sales queries. We also run a very successful pristine refurbished mobile business and work with some of the largest service providers in the UK.
We are a small but hard-working team looking to grow our business and are seeking a great individual who can assist our team in reaching its full potential.
**The following is an idea of the type of work you would be responsible for. You would be working within our Operations Team, alongside our Operations Manager and Operations Assistant.**
**Mobile & Retail Administration Tasks Include**:
- Creation and curation of product SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) used internally for customer orders.
- Managing the warranty lifecycle, which includes booking warranty claims, processing returns/repairs, and ensuring all communications are dealt with within agreed SLAs.
- Reporting weekly on trend patterns for warranty-based claims and analysing insights from the warranty lifecycle.
- Raising purchase orders, adding product-specific identifiers into ASNs to assist with internal booking in of stock raised with our suppliers. Working with our warehouse team to ensure booking-in systems match raised purchase orders. Communicating with our suppliers for order management to obtain shipping updates.
- Supporting mobile device enrolment programs such as Knox, Google Zero Touch, and Apple Business Manager.
- Customer service support for our Mobile customers & our Retail portals (Screwfix, Curry’s, Robert Dyas, Very, B&Q, and others), ensuring all Customer Experience is managed and completed within agreed SLAs and reviewing portals for any potential issues/exceptions.
- Supporting returns and replacement management for all retail stock and assisting IAE with inventory management, checking in retail returns, and working with our suppliers to arrange returns or refunds.
- Inventory management to ensure our available stock matches retailers’ portals and compliance between inventory systems.
- Setting up retail listings, ensuring governance with sizes, weights, images, and descriptions (up to 60 different metrics per product).
