**Work location**: Office location in Ferndown.
This is a **Full-Time **(37.5 hours per week) position. The average amount of scheduled hours generally consists of 37.5 hours per week, with the expectation to work additional hours in a week if there is a business need.

**Brief Description of role**
**Primary Roles & Responsibilities**
- Working with our customers and partners to provide an exceptional level of service, this includes telephone and online communication.
- Product quality control and packaging key products to ensure customer satisfaction
- Warranty management, including liaising with customers, creating claims, testing products and where required using software, managing repair partners and returning products to vendor
- Monitoring stock levels and stock room
- End to end returns management from retailers back through to our partner brands
- Working with our warehouse, including overseeing our third party logistics (3PL) team on a day to day basis, ensuring all orders are dispatched within the required service level agreements (SLA’s)
- Central product setup on the relevant software and overseeing shipping rules
- Ensuring all internal/external processes and SLA’s are achieved and constantly looking to improve and innovate the way we work.
- Providing data/management information to support the overall business innovate and make key business decisions
- Preparation and participation in team meetings and planning groups as required.
- Goods in/out management
- Prepping and kitting of phones

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
**Essential**:
- IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word
- Customer service experience
- Excellent data entry, processing and analytical skills
**Desirable**:
- Experience utilising WMS and ERP systems
- Warehouse/3PL experience
- ecommerce experience
