Apprentice Insurance Consultant
**The role**
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Insurance Consultant, to join us here at Coversure Ringwood.
Our business is firmly focused on providing a “great service” to our clients, and this is achieved by our ability to attract talented individuals into our business, who can assist our clients with new business enquiries, mid-term adjustments, in house claims management to ensure it is a positive experience and manage policy renewals.
**Key Objectives & Responsibilities**:
- Present insurance and risk management solutions with purpose, to secure renewal and/or new business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling, up-selling and business development opportunities.
- Proactively utilise all leads provided to you by the company and develop new and efficient ways to increase organic quote volumes.
- Achieve or exceed agreed income and retention targets.
- To ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards and external compliance regulations, including FCA.
**About You**
As one of our Insurance Consultants you’ll have excellent communication and written skills with a keen eye for detail. You will be the type of person who wants to constantly develop, and you can expect fantastic career progression, training and development within the role and Insurance Industry in general. You will also be or have:
- Great customer service skills
- Has a good level of organisation skills and is able to work in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining a close attention to detail?
- Excellent telephone manner, being able to network and build professional relationships easily.
- Drive, with a genuine passion to learn and develop within Insurance.

- Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 plus incentive pay (After 6 months’ probation, you will be enrolled onto the bonus scheme).

- Monday to Friday Only (No Weekends) - Office base
- Enrolment into our company pension scheme.
- Professional qualification study support relevant to your role and career. Cert CII to ACII.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship
**Salary**: £16,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
