We are a busy professional bookkeeping bureau established for 13 years and are looking for enthusiastic Bookkeepers to join our established team in Merley, Wimborne

If you have experience of Xero, able to do VAT return preparation, payroll, auto enrolment, CIS and management accounts, then this could be an ideal career move you've been looking for.

**About the role of Bookkeeper**:

- Accurate data entry - understanding VAT across different industries
- Reconciliation of bank accounts & credit cards, including Shopify, PayPal & Amazon Seller accounts
- Dealing with payroll & month end journals
- Producing management accounts where required
- Balance sheet, Profit & Loss and Trial Balance analysis
- The balancing of intercompany loans
- Credit control
- On going support and consultancy with clients
- Payroll experience from start to completion including Auto enrolment (not critical)
- In-depth general bookkeeping knowledge across a range of industries
- Excellent proficiency in Xero & Sage essential, QBO and other systems desirable
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products including One Drive
- A full driving license and your own vehicle would be an advantage

Internal systems training will be given where required, however you must have a solid bookkeeping foundation as this is a demanding role. This role is perfect for someone who is able to manage their time well and re-prioritise daily. It is a challenging role, but is also a very rewarding.

**Salary**: Range £25,000 - £30,000.00 DOE

- Xero: 3 years (preferred)

- Work Location: Hybrid Office and remote in Merley
