**About Our Client**:
**Customer Support Adviser B2B - FMCG/Retail sectors. **This client is a fast growing UK based FMCG company primarily operating in the Health and Beauty space. In the UK, based in central Berkshire, they are an ambitious business, currently about £50 million in turnover, with the vision to double in the next 3-5 years.
**Customer Support Adviser B2B - FMCG/Retail sectors, Bracknell**
- To work with the 3PL partners to ensure that all collections and deliveries are On Time and In Full, with the correct documentation to satisfy both legal and customer requirements.
- To work with other departments, in particular Sales, Buying and Technical, to ensure that new accounts and new lines are set up accurately and in a timely fashion in a timely fashion, and delivery promises are satisfied.
- To work with the Sales team to ensure that excellent customer service is provided to all customers at all times.
- To complete and reporting appropriate KPI's.
- Accurately process customer pro forma invoices and sales orders on system, communicating progress to the customer appropriately and in a timely manner, through to invoice
- Maintain accuracy of data within ERP Sales Order System.

- Highly organised and calm under pressure, with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines within a fast paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A team player with a flexible approach to work.
- Displays pride, energy and ownership in performance of role.
- Detail focused, able to solve complex problems.
- Concise, clear and timely communication skills to enable close working relationships with internal functions and external suppliers and customers.
- Strong analytically & numerical skills.
**Experience/Skills Required**
- Previous experience of working in a Sales Order Processing team, FMCG highly desirable.
- Experience of working in a busy customer service environment, with excellent customer service skills.
- Experience of working with 3PL's to satisfy both UK and export sales orders.
- Experience with processing orders received from major UK multiples through EDI beneficial
- **Knowledge of Export and or working with large retailers is advantageous**
**What's on Offer**:
Salary circa £25,000 - £28,000 dependant upon experience
