Customer Service Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Global Excel Management. This exciting opportunity will have you working in the Accounts Receivable department, assisting clients with their travel-related medical and non-medical emergencies.

In this key role, you will provide exceptional customer service, act as a resource person for patients and medical facilities, open initial claims, and refer people to suitable healthcare providers. You will also pre-approve medical tests, provide information on products and services administered by the insurance company, and record interactions and transactions in the claims system.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience in customer service, telecommunications, and/or claims assistance, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications. Additionally, being bilingual (English and French) is an asset.

This position offers a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, life, and travel insurance, retirement savings plan, and flexible work environment with private medical clinic, on-call doctors, and on-site Bistro.
