Job Title: Residential Sales Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Residential Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and closing residential sales and services opportunities through customer education and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide innovative, customer-related recommendations for residential HVAC and water heater products and services.
  • Develop effective proposals to meet customer needs and close sales.
  • Handle negotiating and closing sales while maintaining a consultative sales approach focused on customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Create relationships with prospective customers and referrals, and initiate calls to generate sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or related professional sales certifications.
  • Prior sales experience, with a preference for experience with direct selling to consumers.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, customer-focused service.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Availability to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed.
