Working with a leading digital web consultancy that helps clients drive growth through effective end-to-end web analytics strategies. They are seeking a talented and motivated Client-Facing Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch Specialist to lead the way
Job Overview:
Work closely with our clients to understand their business needs, implement and manage Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch solutions, and provide ongoing support and optimization. This role requires a deep understanding of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch,as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
- Implement and configure Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch solutions to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch solutions.
- Develop and maintain project plans and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, analytics, or computer science.
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role working with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of data visualization and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
