Adobe is seeking a hardworking and passionate individual to join the growing Global GTM Operations team.

The GTM (Go To Market) Operations team: We act as the central hub supporting all global regions and markets with analytics, strategy and process & infrastructure. The role joins in support of Global Business Planning processes assisting with process design and constructing models to assist the domain in Anaplan.

The Right Profile:

The ideal candidate will be just as comfortable working directly with data and logic models as they are with communicating, presenting and using Anaplan to build improvements to the processes. The successful candidate can expect a constantly evolving set of priorities and thrive from ambiguous challenges which they are empowered to diagnose and resolve.

Responsibilities:

Project Management & Process Improvement

  • Identification of operational improvements based on review of current processes through documentation of process and data flows
  • Regular communication with project partners located in different regions to complete projects
  • Leading multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and effectively prioritising time between each

Insight & Advisory

  • Data Analytics and Insight into Business and Operations through a variety of tools including Anaplan, PowerBI, and high proficiency in Excel.
  • Partner with the regional Analysts to drive accurate and consistent metric usage in line with Global standards
  • Give feedback and ideas to influence new policies that solve for stronger alignment and standardisation while allowing for flexibility and speed in sales processes.

Modelling Development

  • Scalable and repeatable model design and data management approaches for long term operational use on the Anaplan Platform
  • Partnering with Regional and Global Sales Operations teams to adapt or build Operational models which add-value towards a connected GTM business plan
  • Handle enablement and change management with the wider Sales Operations team on any new operational launches resulting from the individual's projects

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 5 years related work experience in Operations, Sales, Sales Support, Finance or interlinked functions, ideally in the software industry
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to document and present clear and concise information to senior management and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrable problem-solving ability with experience providing practical business insights from large, complex data sets
  • Hands-on experience building and running Anaplan models, in support of business planning activities
  • Critical thinking as well as attention to detail
  • Highly responsive with strong self-organising and multitasking skills, ability to lead multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritise and own results end to end.
  • A pro-active drive ability to work in a self-directed/virtual team environment when needed
