At Gregory Distribution Ltd, as a result of continued growth, we have a vacancy for a** Shared Service Administrator **based at our **Cullompton **Depot.

**The position of Shared Service Administrator involves**:

- Monitor the Compliance Driver Exception Report, ensuring you receive all required information and make amendments to licences on internal systems.
- Administration support to the groups Driver Apprenticeship programme, to include test booking and cost control.
- Entering audit action points identified through internal audit and oversee completeness with the Health and Safety Manager and Internal Auditor.
- Monitor database for workshop health and safety reports and meetings.
- Underlining trends identified in accident data to the Health and Safety Manager for further investigation.
- Booking and recording of External Training to include First Aid, MHE and ADR, although this list is not exhaustive.
- Manage bookings and maintaining a small fleet of pool cars.
- Booking of hotels, flights and hire cars as per business requirements.
- Raise purchase orders to authorise various costs within the Business Support function.
- Plan and oversee the Driver CPC program and distribution of the Driver CPC monthly reports.
- Maintain and update all training records centrally for the company using internal systems to ensure all information is correctly recorded and available.
- Administer and maintain all Trutac and Trulicence systems.
