At the heart of this, our UK Poultry division produces a third of all poultry eaten in the UK and represents more than half of 2 Sisters’ business by sales. The division employs over 9,000 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
This role is an excellent opportunity to take your career within HR to the next level by continually developing your people skills, being involved with a wide variety of ER cases, and becoming indispensable to the efficient running of our HR processes.

You can expect the role to involve:

- Employee Relations to include discipline and grievance hearings,
- Contributing to the Engagement initiatives,
- Compiling, communicating, and improving site KPI’s (Absence, Attrition, Turnover etc),
- Continually self-improve in terms of education and experience,
- Experience of agency management would be an advantage,
- Understanding of modern slavery would be an advantage.

**ABOUT YOU**:
If you’re fanatical about food, thrive under pressure and have the can-do spirit that’s created our success. Bring those qualities, with the following and you will have the recipe for success:

- CIPD Qualified or working towards it,
- Experience withing food, manufacturing, or a similar fast paced environment would be advantageous,
- Experience of advising within the disciplinary and grievance process,
- Experience of advising within the Performance management process,
- Experience with ER casework (minutes / supporting investigations etc.)
- Experience with Trade Union negotiations,
