Enable Futures are operating as an employment business on behalf of its client and recruiting for a **HR Administrator (12 Month Contract)** based in **Wellington, Somerset** As part of the HR, Learning, and Development team, you will be supporting the HR team to provide a range of personnel and health and safety administration services, supporting the company’s 270+ employees across all operational sites in the UK.

**Outstanding Package**:
12 Month Contract with a review at the end of the 12 months for extension or potentially a permanent review.

Salary starting £23,376 & reviews.

Pension scheme 8% employer contribution.

33 days annual leave (rising to 38 days - 1-day increments annually) including bank holidays.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out a wide variety of personnel administration tasks including:

- Recruitment
- Sickness processing
- Processing employee documentation
- All other general administration as required
- Arranging employee health and safety training and maintaining training records

**Experience, attributes & skills sought**:

- Manage confidential information sensitively at all times
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Be accurate and have a keen eye for detail
- Have a clear and confident communication style, both written and verbal
- Follow structured written procedures
- Be flexible and greet change positively
- Proven experience working in an HR Team, or fast-paced administration role

The closing date is 31st January 2023.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: £23,376.00 per year
