Based in Cullompton since 1961 BAKO (Western) Ltd is a wholesale co-operative owned by its members. We aim to provide our members with market leading pricing on bakery related products, which we deliver across the South West region on our fleet of multi temperature vehicles.

Working 08:00 to 15:30 Monday to Friday and reporting to the Customer Services Supervisor you will;
- Work as part of a cohesive and enthusiastic team
- Manage customer order entries
- Manage and update client accounts
- Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge
- Perform general administration tasks
- Support other departments as required
- Excellent communication skills and an approachable manner
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately record information
- Previous experience in a customer service position is desirable
- A good standard of education, with a minimum of Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
- Excellent keyboard skills essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,813.00 per year
