Administrative Assistant

Due to expansion within the business we are looking for a Administrative assistant to work alongside our team in the showroom.
As an administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties in our busy office which include:
- Answering the telephone
- Assisting the Operations Manager
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
Knowledge and skills required
- Detailed understanding of Microsoft Excel, Office, Outlook and Word
- Great communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
Salary
- National Minimum Wage
We are looking for someone to start End of June / Start of July
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week
