To support the finance team by managing Accounts Receivable and month end activities such as, but not limited to, balance sheet reconciliations, posting Timesheets and raising recharge invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collection of all customer debts outstanding
- Post Timesheets into our ERP systems and to resolve any queries and enquiries around timesheets
- Liaise with customers on all issues to help resolve any errors/issues/queries on their invoices and, as such, monitor the communications to the Accounts Receivable department
- Identify and report to Project Managers and Head of Finance of slow payers and any customer issues
- To run Aged Debtors report at month end and update any relevant month end data
- Maintain KPI reports for month end
- To raise Commercial Invoices for recharges to other Ultra sites
- To assist with month end Balance sheet reconciliations
- To assist with running of HR reports for Monthly payroll run

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

- Previous finance administration experience
- Excel Knowledge is essential
- Good Communication skills are necessary
- An excellent attention to detail, accuracy and numeracy are key

Desired Skills:

- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable would be desirable

Essential Functions:

- Ability to obtain SC clearance
