About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Specialist to join our team at jobs24. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our fee earners and providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide administrative support to our fee earners, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with client communication, including responding to queries and resolving issues.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Support the team in achieving our business objectives and goals.

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in a financial environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:


We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 per annum, plus an employee contribution to our workplace pension scheme, worth an extra £1,000 per year. You will also have access to our company car park, making your daily commute easier and more convenient.
