**What you’ll do**
Providing seamless reliable, confidential, and pro-active administrative PA support to both the Head of Base Marketing and the Head of Big Data, including but not limited to: handling correspondence, maintaining diaries and arranging meetings, organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes), organising Base Marketing and Big Data All hands, managing people databases/organisation charts and team distribution lists, and arranging travel as required.
Key accountabilities:
- Calendar management of busy, challenging, constantly changing diaries.
- Arrangement of rail, air, and hotel travel as and when required.
- Prepare, arrange, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Supporting with administrative duties for the department
- Managing the Business Continuity plan for the department
- Be a focal point of contact for the Heads of assisting with queries as and when required
**Who you are**
- A self-starter who is extremely organised with meticulous attention to detail, good humoured under pressure, highly professional with strong prioritisation and excellent communication skills
- Highly proficient with PC systems including Microsoft Office packages specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
- Must be flexible and approachable
