Customer Relationship Advisor

The PHOENIX Group are currently looking for a Customer Relationship Advisor who has a passion for delivering the best possible customer experience. Based at our contact centre in Runcorn, your overall responsibility will be to provide excellent levels of customer service to our customers at all times.

The role requires a professional and dynamic approach to customer service with a desire for continuous improvement. This role reports to the CS team and is part of a specialist team which provides enhanced support to customers including the resolution of complex queries and building customer relationships.

It is essential you have experience of managing complex customer problems and excellent communication skills. The objectives for this role include:

- Manage incoming queries/cases via shared inbox/phone, handling query through to resolution, including taking over frontline query calls to improve customer response/resolution time.
- Proactively resolving queries and cases in our CRM system to avoid case escalation and/or customer complaints, taking ownership of the resolution process.

In return we offer fantastic training and coaching with ongoing development opportunities.

The role is full time working on a shift rotation between the hours of 8.30am - 6pm with the occasional Saturday 9am - 1pm.
