**About us**

**HSM Aero Ltd is part of the SA Group of companies, comprising precision component engineering, sheet metal work and fabrication, aircraft cabin refurbishment, supplier of aviation spares, and distributor of SATTO® cabin interior repair systems to the aerospace industries.**

**Purpose of Role**

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of Quality across HSM Aero. This includes document control, metrics & KPIs, communication, records maintenance, and NCR data. You will work closely with the quality leadership and various teams.

The role also requires collating information and ensuring this is accurate and kept updated onto relevant registers and spreadsheets, which can be shared with various teams as appropriate.

This role will involve completing a Level 4 Quality Practitioner apprenticeship.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- On-going Maintenance and Update of the QMS
- Facilitate documentation changes as applicable to the Quality system and arrange training
- Ensuring all management system documentation is the latest version and easily accessible, coordination procedure review as applicable
- Support in preparation of Quality documents
- Publication of Quality Documentation and ensuring appropriate personnel are issued with up-to-date documentation
- Regular reporting of metrics and individual reporting Maintenance of various registers for Quality
- Support Customer /3rd Party audits
- Perform Internal Audits and report to the Quality Manager
- Utilising data from KPIs prepared and to help inform internal audit schedule
- Maintenance of Stamp, Training, and other registers.
- Support in the retention of Quality documentation
- Recording checking and tracking all incoming and outgoing project documents;
- Liaising with Customers and Suppliers as necessary
- General organisation and support for Directors and other business leaders as required

**Salary**: £17,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
