**Admissions & Discharge Coordinator**:
We are looking for an experienced Admissions & Discharge Coordinator to work as part of our inpatient unit (IPU) team to ensure that all plans and arrangements are in place for our patients’ admission and discharge. They will support the inpatient unit receptionist who is a first point of contact for the inpatient unit patients, visitors and telephone enquiries to the unit and assist the unit manager/nurse in charge to ensure patient flow is maintained.

You’ll be a compassionate individual with the knowledge and experience of working in a similar role. Being able to hit the ground running, flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of this role will be essential along with confidence using Microsoft Office Suite. You will have excellent communication skills and sensitivity to be able to collect and pass on information effectively, for example when dealing with patients and their families.
