**Job Mission**

The mission of this position is to assist in the administration and organisational aspects of the projects as requested and advised by the project \ programme manager, from simple activities to more complex plans.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of project bid/tendering/sales processes
- Experience in a customer facing commercial environment in business to business markets.
- Delivering small projects remotely from the office.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Practical aptitude
- Commercial awareness
- IT literacy, preferably in MS Office. Specifically, high level of knowledge in MS Excel.
- High quality of work and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Proactively develop and contribute to, processes and procedures in a team environment
- Logical worker, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and ability to prioritize well.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to work within the projects team to support existing and upcoming installations.

Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
- To proactively support and assist the Project Managers
- To provide and communicate project planning support and be the definitive source of project progress information for allocated projects.
- To proactively identify and highlight to others for resolution or action, key elements of contract terms & conditions and project requirements on non-project managed contracts.
- To follow-up on close out information of assigned projects and provide the Finance team with the necessary details for successfully invoicing at the earliest opportunity.
- Prompt and effective procurement requests of project related material to ensure supplier delivery dates meet planned Project requirements.
- Engagement and supervision of appropriate approved sub-contractors
- Provide support to the Project Managers to ensure accurate monthly forecasting and updating of the Forecast Database.
- To complete all documents relating to the monthly Cost to Complete process in an accurate and timely manner.
- To monitor and track the project portfolio to ensure that it is populated with the latest relevant information across each account.
- Assist with cost estimation and proposals for across the account portfolios.
