Customer Service Coordinator

Role Overview:
With your excellent problem-solving skills, you will manage cases in the CRM system, ensuring that all queries are resolved in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and accurate solutions, and you'll keep customers updated on the progress of their cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for customer enquiries, ranging from delivery and returns issues to urgent requests.
- Manage customer order and returns pipelines, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
- Create and maintain cases in the CRM system, tracking the root causes of issues.
- Collaborate with internal departments to achieve first-time issue resolution.
- Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates on case progress.
- Generate customer-level reports as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar systems (beneficial).
- Familiarity with Mitel phone systems or similar (beneficial).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and PC literacy.
- Experience with web-based ordering systems.
Minimum of GCSE-level education, with Maths and English as a requirement.
- Background in customer service and case handling (essential).
- Knowledge of the rail industry (preferred).
- Experience in supply chain or logistics (preferred).
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and meeting tight deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
Shift Patterns (4 - 5 weeks rotating shifts)
- Monday - Thursday (08:00 - 16:30), Friday (08:00 - 14:30).
Monday - Wednesday and Friday (09:00 - 17:30), Thursday (09:00 - 15:30).
Monday - Thursday (09:30 - 18:00), Friday (11:30 - 18:00).
Contract Type: Temporary - Permanent
