Head of Property required for one of UK's largest real estate investors.
**Your new company**
Your new company are a well established owner managed real estate investor with an exceptional record in investment performance and proving a true market leader within their field.
**Your new role**
In your new role as Head of Property you will lead a team of Newly Qualified Finance Professionals (4 in total) and will be responsible for developing the team and their reporting process. You will take full ownership of the core finance function and reportdirectly into the Finance Director. You will manage ad-hoc projects and integrate new acquisitions. You will manage the budget process, P&L and also be the main point of contact for the Audits.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this exciting working environment you will have previous experience managing a growing team and can demonstrate how you've improved processes not only within the finance function but for the wider business. You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualifiedand experience working within the Property or Investment sector. You will have exceptional commercial and communication skills and thrive within an ever changing fast paced environment.
**What you'll get in return**
You will receive a salary circa £60,000 plus excellent benefits. You will see real career progression opportunities from the outset and be given full autonomy to improve processes within.
