As Head of Sales at this Manchester based investment company, you will take the reins of a fast-paced and highly successful property sales team, driving the performance of up to 20 consultants and growing. This is a full end-to-end sales management role, where you’ll be overseeing the entire sales process and system. From one-on-one sales management to big-picture performance strategy, you’ll be the driving force behind the team’s growth and success.

While not a traditional phone-based sales role, you’ll still be actively involved in pushing activity and KPI achievement. You'll start the role hands-on, setting the tone for the team, ensuring everyone stays on the ball, and commanding respect through your leadership. You’ll delegate and create a structure that allows you to focus on higher-level strategy while driving results.

The package

  • Up to £70,000 basic salary per annum
  • Up to £150,000 OTE (profit share scheme)
  • Monday 10:00 - 18:00, Tuesday to Thursday 9:00 – 18:00, Friday 9:00 – 16:30
  • Car allowance (open to negotiation)
  • 20 days annual leave + bank holidays



The Head of Sales role


  • Oversee the sales performance of a team of investment sales consultants, ensuring they meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Provide hands-on, one-on-one sales management and performance tracking to ensure individual success.
  • Train and develop the team, delegating tasks effectively and fostering ownership within the team.
  • Drive the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring the team delivers end-to-end excellence.
  • Maintain high energy levels and a strong presence, motivating the team and pushing activity across all sales channels.
  • Ensure all sales processes and systems are optimised for success.
  • Regularly report on performance and implement strategies to improve where needed.
