**About The Role**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within CarFinance 247 and we are looking for a strong Head of Sales to join our team The Head of Sales is a key member of the Senior Management team, reporting directly into our MD. As the Head of Sales, you will actively drive performance of the Sales function while continuously ensuring good customer outcomes. You will be supporting the MD on driving the strategic goals for our Sales function, providing clear leadership to the Management team and employees with the operations department.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Setting clear goals & objectives for the Sales department to support CarFinance 247’s delivery of the agreed trading performance plan.
- Driving the execution of the agreed business plan for the sales department in line with the CarFinance 247 goals & Values.
- Working with the operations management team to embed a conduct focused mindset to consistently drive good customer outcomes.
- Drive the day-to-day trading performance for sales and all ancillary products within CarFinance 247.
- Constantly aiming to improve conversion and deal volumes across CF247 ensuring that all employees adhere to regulatory requirements and business standards.
- Ensuring all Managers are assessing calls and performance consistently, identifying training needs where appropriate.
- Create and document processes and controls across the customer operations.
- Leading by example, demonstrating positive leadership, Integrity, respect and sound judgement aligned with the CF247 behaviours and values.
- Able to constructively challenge the sales management team to improve and increase the overall sales performance.

**About You**:

- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining a high performing team.
- An effective decision maker who actively seeks the views of others and delegates appropriately.
- A good communicator who can engage with all employees.
- Ability to work under pressure and plan personal workload effectively.
- Sound commercial awareness and an in-depth knowledge of a fast-paced operation.
- Extensive experience of working in a high-volume customer facing organisation.
- Have a sincere passion for action and be passionate about achieving results and driving productivity through efficiency and process improvement.
- Proven track record in leading a large sales function.
