**Are you super organised and good with people?**
We need someone to support our property management team and provide a great service to our landlords and tenants.

**Can you do that?**

Usually 9-5 Monday to Friday (and occasional Saturday mornings on a rota basis, with time off in lieu) - however **we have flexibility around these hours**

Working in our central St Ives Office, with a great positive team

- Able to communicate clearly and confidently with others in written and verbal English
- Conscientious and thorough
- Uses initiative and able to solve problems
- Able to undertake varied office administrative tasks
- Comfortable handling all manner of phone calls
- Understands routine house maintenance issues
- Able to adapt to different tasks
- Able to use computers for accurate records and communication
- Comfortable working in an open plan office

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
