**About the Role**:
IQ is looking for a Commercial Administrator to support the Commercial Director and in-house Quantity Surveyors. This role will focus on preparation and submission of monthly commercial construction reports.

**Key Role Responsibilities**:

- Assist with preparing monthly status and management reports and forecasting
- Updating information on progress of projects
- Working with Commercial Director to identify key performance indicators
- Set and monitor contract final accounts and supplies
- Closing off final accounts and liabilities on status report
- Liaising with Project Managers and assist with administration of contracts such as instructions, commencement and completion notes
- Raising invoice and purchase orders

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience using PO systems
- Construction background
- Intermediate knowledge of MS suite
- Strong time management skills
- Health and safety awareness
- Construction or surveying experience would be desirable
- Good commercial skills

**We work a hybrid working model with 3 days per week based at our London office.
