Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Customer Support Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting in the smooth operation of our service team.

Key Responsibilities:
Field Service Management: Manage customer accounts on our service platform. Update contact details, raise reactive and planned maintenance jobs, schedule tasks in line with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and track and follow up on jobs requiring additional work.

Administrative Support: Provide efficient support to both clients and colleagues by creating and preparing various documents, including quotations, invoices, and job sheets.

Collaborative Assistance: Work closely with the Service Support Manager and fellow Service Support Administrators to uphold our commitment to high-level customer service.

Helpdesk Support: Be readily available to meet our clients' diverse needs, offering timely and helpful assistance to resolve enquiries or issues.

Tailored Recommendations: Customise recommendations to suit the individual needs of each client, ensuring personalised and effective solutions.

Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong rapport with our clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.

Proficiency in computer literacy, including Outlook, Word, Excel (additional packages beneficial).

Strong organisational abilities with acute attention to detail.

Customer-oriented mindset, dedicated to providing exceptional service.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.

Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) with A-C grades, including Maths and English.

Skills Required:
Good written and verbal communication skills, with a sound understanding of constructing detailed correspondence.

IT literate in Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with quoting software and database package.

Ideally, have a minimum of 5 GCSEs with A-C grades (Maths and English are required).

General Information:
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 9-5 pm.

**Salary**: £25,750.00-£28,750.00 per year
