Wykham Park Academy is looking to recruit a whole school administrator with a specific responsibility for sixth form admin.

As a whole school administrator you will be tasked with organising interviews, overseeing all publications needed for the promotion of the Sixth Form, preparing any paperwork necessary, being present on A Level results day to support the enrolment of new Year 12 students and many more.

You will be responsible for the Recruitment and Admissions, enrolment and induction and student monitoring and support as well as having other responsibilities across the school.

**This position will be working with the school principal and the school principal’s team to ensure the success of the school and the students. The principal will be working closely with the school principal and the school principal’s team to ensure the success of the school and the students.**

**The School Principal will be responsible for**:

- Providing support to teachers and administration of the classroom.
- Ensuring that all students are progressing in their learning.
- Assisting with student placement and re-placement.
- Assisting with student discipline.
- Assisting with student growth and development.
- Providing data on student progress, as well as providing data to parents on their child’s progress.
- Ensuring that all students are comfortable in class, at home, and at school.
- Creating an environment that is safe for all students, including those who may not feel comfortable in a classroom setting.
- Creating an environment that supports healthy relationships between students, parents, staff, and other community members.
- Communicating effectively with parents and staff regarding their child’s progress.
- Working collaboratively with other staff members to create a learning community for all of our children.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership to teachers in a small class setting.

**Experience**:

- Experience working with children ages K-5 or 1 year (required).

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to work Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: £21,711.00-£23,793.00 per year
