**The opportunity**:

- The Banbury Private Physiotherapy Practice is an established Adult Musculoskeletal Therapy team within the Northern aspect of Oxfordshire. Banbury is a growing town and offers links to South Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Oxford and London.
- Due to company growth, we are looking for an experienced Lead Administrator to be part of our success story.
- The role has key elements surrounding reception management and bookings, financial data input, team communication and Director support.
- This role is very varied and will range from managing books of clients, clinicians or practitioners to providing support for meetings as requested, booking meeting rooms, sending out supporting documentation (agenda’s, papers etc), taking and distributing meeting notes and any administrative follow up actions to assist in the compilation and reporting of financial data through the Practice Management system and XERO accountancy portals
- Being part of a small team in our growing business means that your positive attitude, team player and getting things done mindset is equally as important as your ability to support the administrative function.
- Previous practice administration experience is essential as well ideally some knowledge of Xero.

The business has recently created roles within Sports Therapy and has developed a new In Reach Therapy at home service.
