Business Support Administrator at MJB Electrical Contractors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing administrative support and delivering outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with sales activities, including sending out invoices/quotes and following up with potential clients.
- Handling inbound queries from businesses and clients with efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborating with internal team members and builders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of Jobs.
- Engaging with suppliers to facilitate ordering of products for client jobs.
- Following up on leads and responding to inbound enquiries
- Booking Jobs convenient to both the client and the electricians
- Marketing the business on social media platforms, google and website
- Office admin duties diary management, track of holidays, sickness, worksheets with follow-up actions, expenses etc

**Requirements**:
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

A background in customer service ideally with a strong focus on delivering excellent service.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues and suppliers.

Self-driven and motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Training will be given on the software programme used in the office

Salary dependent on experience

20 days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Working hours 40 a week Monday - Friday

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
