We are seeking an experienced, motivational leader, who is a highly effective communicator and an aspirational role model, to lead a successful team of Heads of Department at BGN School.A key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role will include responsibility for curriculum timetabling, whole school assessment and data analysis to support student progress.
Science, Computing, Religious Education or History.
Successful experience as a Middle Leader in a secondary school setting
·A clear understanding of what contributes to high quality education
·Experience of using student data to raise standards
·The ability to articulate and share a vision of outstanding secondary education.
