**22.5 HOURS PER WEEK - £BASIC SALARY £13695.79 PLUS £639.99 RECRUITMENT & RETENTION ALLOWANCE = £14,355.78 PER ANNUM.**
**SLEEP IN SHIFTS ARE PAID AT AN ADDITIONAL £55 PER SHIFT**
**THIS ROLE INVOLVES SHIFT WORK ON A FLEXIBLE WORKING PATTERN 0830-1630, 1600-2200 AND SLEEP IN 2200-0700 THIS INCLUDES WEEKENDS AND BANK HOLIDAYS.**

NIHCSS is a partnership between Together for Mental Wellbeing and St Martins Housing We support people over the age of 18 who have severe, complex and enduring mental health needs in the community and supported living.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As a Mental Health Recovery Worker in NIHCSS you will support individuals to engage in the service and to achieve their goals and aspirations through individual key work, targeted recovery outcome focused interventions and person centred planning
Your caseload will include supporting residential clients in our supported living accommodation in the heart of Kings Lynn (where we have 16 self-contained flats) and your clients in the community.
You will provide support utilising your fully flexible and personalised approach, acting as a support navigator to make creative use of the resources available to you
You will empower individuals to exercise choice and control and work alongside people to develop and review robust assessments, safety management plans and recovery support plans.
