Sales Administrator

Our client in Biggleswade currently has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join their Sales function.
As the Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately maintaining records of the rental fleet, producing rental documentation and ensuring timely invoicing of rentals.
You will effectively manage the administrative processes to include but not limited to: transport and logistics, hire agreements, payments, third party orders, travel bookings, sales team requests, meetings and marketing.
You will construct effective correspondence for both customers and suppliers.
Working as a member of the team assisting and supporting department colleagues as well as other departments if required, and contributing towards ideas and initiatives that will help improve both internal and external relationships.
You should also demonstrate the ability to work effectively as a team player and have a flexible approach to work.
This is a full-time, permanent position, with a competitive salary ranging from £27,000 to £29,000 per year.
The job is office-based, and the working hours are from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
